biocomma® DNA Cleanup & Gel Purication Columns consists of a spin column and a collection tube. Recovers 100 bp–10 kb fragments with over 80% efficiency, suitable for gel extraction or PCR product purification.

Different DNA fragments were recovered using biocomma® NP10 columns, eluted in 50 µL, and 6 µL was loaded for electrophoresis.

Note: For DNA amounts of 1-5 μg before recovery, use NP05 with 20-50 μL elution volume. For amounts of 5-15 μg, choose the NP10 series with 30-50 μL elution volume.
